MARINA HOTEL AND RESORT
1895 this house was restaurated by
captain Osman Bey in the ottoman style.
He built 7 rooms and 2 salons. Members
of his family lived here until 1930.
Then the "three widows" how were
tailors, lived here. After they died the
family Baykal bought the house in 1967.
In 1988 a new renovation turned
the building in the "Marina Building
Style" with 12 rooms and 2 salons.
This special place with it`s special
history and it`s special roman flair,
which is different from all the
bars and restaurants in Kaleici, offering
41 rooms, a roman style swimming pool, a
sauna and a fitness center is
